NHS Choices

NHS Choices has a wealth of information about health, well being, availability of dentists, doctors and treatments available in your area.  There is also a useful section on Living with a long term condition which gives information about what you can expect in terms of your healthcare and care plans.

Originally produced by Professor P. A. Farndon, Clinical Geneticist, Jim Costello (deceased) and Margaret Costello.  We are reliant on a team of medical advisors for the clinical content of the website. We are grateful for their continuing support.
