In response to a recommendation in the Self Management Strategy for Scotland, jointly published by LTCAS (Long Term Conditions Alliance Scotland) and the Scottish Government, LTCAS are currently developing plans for a campaign to raise publiic awareness of self management.

The campaign will target people with long term conditions and their unpaid carers, and health and social care professionals. In planning the campaign, the Long Term Conditions Alliance Scotland is consulting with a range of people to gather their views and suggestions.  LTCAS are looking for responses to the survey below. It should take around 10-15 minutes to fill in and they will be circulating top line results to everyone who participates.  Closing date for completion of the survey is 16 July.
